These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OTT Solutions Private Limited website and platforms, including Fun Prime, Melody Plus and OTT Labels (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
- You must be legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of our platforms.
Content & intellectual property
All content distributed through our platforms remains the property of its respective rights holders. Content made available through Fun Prime, Melody Plus and OTT Labels is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client engagements
Where OTT Solutions is engaged to design, deploy or manage an OTT SaaS platform or related service for a client, the specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a separate signed agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these general Terms for that engagement.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is." While we work to keep our platforms reliable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OTT Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
